It appears that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 N9005 version Android 4.4.2 KitKat test firmware has leaked and it’s detailed below. The Galaxy S4 got the same leak some time ago and the new test firmware for the Note 3 is the N9005XXUENA6.
This is one of the final test builds for the phablet, compatible with the version N9005. Samsung is expected to roll out officially Android 4.4.2 KitKat to the Galaxy Note 3 in about one or two weeks, but it will take months before all the updates are completed. Minor UI changes will be included, with status bar icons change from green to KitKat white, for example.
Performance will dramatically increase and folks who used the test build claim that even unlocking the device is faster than before. Benchmark scores are even higher and Samsung has implemented a camera shortcut on the lockscreen. This test firmware will wipe your data and you’re doing it all at your own risk, so here’s the download link if you feel lucky on the 13th.
As usual you’ll need Odin, some restarts and unzips, plus ticking some options and booting into recovery mode.
