After seeing the Nokia Lumia 1520 leaking in a Verizon version, fresh after an AT&T version leak, it’s time to change continents and go to China. There you’ll find the phablet leaked yet again, at the local FCC.

The device has been tested on China’s FCC (China Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center) and now it appears that the product previously known as Bandit has been pushed back. @evleaks is saying that the launch could take place in October instead of this month. The phablet is said to pack a 6 inch Full HD screen and a 20 megapixel PureView camera with Carl Zeiss optics.

We expect a Snadpragon 800 CPU inside, a 3400 mAh battery, Windows Phone 8 GDR3, 32 GB of storage, a microSD card slot, 4G LTE, NFC and probably wireless charging as well. Can’t tell if the push back date refers to the launch event from later this month or the store debut…
