A recently published report reveals that Nokia could be preparing a phablet to launch in 2014. Speculation from earlier this month revealed that the Finnish device maker could work on a device that’s as big as 6 inches in diagonal.
Said phablet could come in Q4 this year, with a pricing rumored around 400 quid to 500. The product is powered by Windows Phone 8 and rumors say that Nokia went out looking for OEM partners for its product. The GDR3 update for Windows Phone is expected to come late this year, providing Nokia with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution on a large screen.
Up until now Nokia didn’t go any further than 4.5 inches on its devices. Speaking of big screens, there’s a fresh rumor saying that Nokia is preparing a 4.7 inch smartphone with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution. Initially the device was supposed to be unveiled last week, but we’re still waiting…
