Discovering an item in Verizon Wireless’ inventory system is pretty much an unofficial confirmation of the product’s existence. This has recently happened to Motorola MZ600, the company’s supposed Android tablet, that should be arriving in October. Speculations claim it’ll rely on NVIDIA Tegra 2 and run Android 3.0 Gingerbread.

We’re not sure that Gingerbread will be ready by October, but we can expect the product to be sold by Christmas time. Also, the tablet appears to feature support for Verizon’s FiOS for mobile TV and it may bear the Droid branding. Expect something like the DroidPad or DroidTab from the PR section of Verizon.

Will the device be able to beat the promising Samsung Galaxy Tab and the very well selling iPad?
