Every time a new product gets launched or even hits the rumor mill, it’s obvious that the previous gen model gets a price drop. Case in point the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and its Core i5 version, that just got a price cut of $200.
Turns out that we’re getting closer to the Surface Pro 5 launch and that’s why the device is now priced at $799. That’s an excellent price for a Core i5 machine and the promotion is expected to last over the next hours, maybe the next day or two. That product sold for $899 in January, so it was discounted previously by $100. Last week also brought a no stylus option with a lesser price all over the world.
There are signs everywhere pointing to the new Surface and Microsoft may pull one out of the bag at MWC 2017, or maybe waiting for the BUILD even in Spring. Meanwhile, those who splurge the $799, will get 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of SSD storage and the famous 12.4 inch PixelSense Touchscreen. And yes, the Surface Pen is included.
