Lenovo has an important event today at IFA 2015, where it will showcase a series of interesting devices, including one or two Windows 10 slates. Those include the Lenovo MIIX 700, that’s pictured below and also priced.

The product looks a smidge like the Surface Pro 3, because of the kickstand at the back and it will be priced starting at $699. It comes with either Windows 10 Home or Pro and features up to a 6th gen Intel Core m7 (Skylake) processor, as well as up to 8 GB of LPDDR3L RAM. Its screen is a 12 incher, with a 2160 x 1440 pixel resolution and we can also get up to 256 GB of SSD storage.

Intel HD graphics are here and the port selection is rich: 1 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0, 1 micro HDMI out, microSIM card slot with LTE support, microSD and audio jack. The battery life is said to be around 9 hours here and there will also be an optional keyboard dock in the mix, plus Intel RealSense back camera. Will Microsoft be unhappy with the fact people will confuse this for a Surface Pro?
