Welcome to the very first small brand Tegra 4 tablet, that came just days after big brands like ASUS and HP unveiled their own Tegra 4 slates. The company here is called BungBungame and they’re the Taiwanese device and app developer behind this project.
This is a brand new 10 inch Android slate with a high resolution display and an Nvidia Tegra 4 ARM Cortex A15 quad core CPU. The device was on hand for a demo for the folks of Mobile Geeks, at Computex 2013. By the way, this tablet is called the Kalos and relies on an IPS panel with a 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. There’s also a 13 megapixel camera at the rear, with autofocus and two LED lights for the flash.
The Kalos packs a microSD card slot, a SIM card slot, an USB port and a docking connector. It runs Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and while the company behind it may not be a big name, they somehow got to partner with Nvidia for this product… No telling if the Kalos will ever make it to the European or US market.
