The official debut of the iPad in Apple’s stores is approaching and we’re seeing more and more content leaked for the upcoming tablet. First, we saw a bunch of apps with HD tags associated to them, next came the iBooks pricing leak and now the costs of digital magazines also hit the web “by mistake”. Sources close to the WSJ claim that the newspaper plans on offering a $17.99 monthly subscription free for the iPad version it’ll provide.
Esquire is also preparing to launch its first digital version, that’ll include embedded video content and it’ll be made available soon after the iPad’s debut. Also, this magazine will be priced at $2.99, $2 less than the physical version of the April 2010 issue.
We have to mention that Men’s Health iPad version will sell for the same price as the real life magazine, $4.99.
