Indian device maker iBall has debuted a new tablet, called Slide Cuddle A4. This model can be seen below and it’s priced a bit over $150, which makes it affordable, but not impressive for the Indian market, that also featured $35 slates.

This model is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa core processor and it comes with a 6.95 inch HD display with an IPS panel. iBall Slide Cuddle A4 goes for $152 and it will be available from July 24th. Its specs include 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, as well as microSD card slot support. The device measures a mere 8.45 mm in thickness and it comes with a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash.

Upfront there’s a 2 MP shooter for selfies and video calling. As far as software goes, the iBall Slide Cuddle A4 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and provides support for gesture drawing in order to access apps from the lockscreen. This is a dual SIM tablet with 3G, which is probably one of the most important aspects of the product. It has a built in earpiece for voice calling.
