One of the most popular tablet brands in India, iBall has just released a new tablet dubbed iBall Brace-XJ. If it feels very familiar, it’s no coincidence, since it’s basically a clone of the Lenovo Yoga tablets.

That’s shown clearly through that cylinder at the bottom, which holds a generous battery usually on the Lenovo slates. This newcomer debuted in India, priced at $307 and it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat. iBall Brace-XJ packs a 10.1 inch IPS HD display and runs on an octa core 1.3 GHz processor, together with 3 GB of RAM.

It also offers 32 GB of storage and a microSD card slot. At the back we find an 8 megapixel camera an upfront a 5 MP shooter. The main cam also has a LED flash. The slate packs a 7800 mAh battery, which is claimed to offer 8 hours of video playback or 54 hours of audio playback.

Other features include 4G VoLTE support and dual chamfered speakers. A HDMI port also makes the cut. I find it odd that the tablet seems to have two audio jacks, unless one of them is a special power port of sorts.
