As we may know, Huawei has launched just 7-, and 10-inch MediaPad models until now, so this will be the first 8-inch MediaPad tablet. According to the documents, MediaPad M1 8.0 has an 8-inch LCD screen with 1.280 x 800 pixels and a quad-core HiSilicon processor clocked at 1.6 GHz.

The tablet also packs Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 and we find out that it’s a mid-range device. There will be 3 models available: S8-301L, S8-301U and S8-302L. That “L” at the end of the names could mean that the tablet it’s LTE certified, while the “U” it’s indicating a WCDMA version.
