According to a recent report from Wall Street Journal, we get to know that the hardware solution provider HP will soon separate into two different companies. While one will have as main activity the PC and printers development, the second one will be focused on the services for enterprise customers.
If you may know, back in 2011, HP had in mind such a separation, but the idea never accomplished. At that time, the HP’s CEO, Leo Apotheker resigned from its position, and after that, the idea of separation was put for the moment in stand-by, until now when we hear more about this attempt.
We found out that once separated, the actual HP CEO, Meg Whitman will run the enterprise company, while the actual HP vice-president, Dion Weisler to be the PC business CEO.
