Word has it that the first Apple iPad shipments have arrived at the huge UPS facility in Louisville, KY. Soon, they’ll be arriving at their rightful owners’ homes, so if you live in Louisville or nearby, you’re a lucky fellow. For now, the iPad units are undergoing “UPS internal activity” and we have to mention that the huge facility pictured at the end of the article is the core of UPS’s international activity.
If you’re into such details, the device was most likely assembled in Shenzhen China, than boarded on a plane and airfreighted to the States. Next, it entered the UPS system and now it’ll be directed to your home, in time for the April 3rd store launch. Will the first Apple tablet units arrive earlier than estimated?
