Cube announced officially via its very own website the debut of an upgraded version of the Cube i7 Stylus tablet, with keyboard dock in tow. The new model has a Wacom digitizer and an Intel Core M chipset. It’s dubbed Cube i7 Stylus 2.0 or Cube i7 Stylus Book, as the official site mentions.
The product uses the latest Intel Skylake Core M 6Y30 CPU, accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of SSD storage. Upfront there’s a 10.6 inch IPS screen with Wacom digitizer and we also get a rotary keyboard case. This model is expected to bring an USB type C port and it will be priced at around $355, most likely without the rotating keyboard case.
The 10.6 inch screen has a Full HD resolution and the official website seems focused on productivity features for this model. The slate has a pretty discrete docking mechanism and the keyboard dock looks pretty comfy. The rotating bit means we’re probably getting various form factors to transform the device within, like tent for example.
