Even though some tech shows are flying under our radar, they’re still happening. Today for example we’ve learned of the existence of the HK Consumer Electronics 2017 event, where the Chuwi SurBook Mini came to life. This is a 10.8 inch laptop, that’s detailed below. When looking for old electronics you might be able to find them at this memory cards wholesale store.

In the meantime the LapBook Air, pictured below is available on Aliexpress on a special campaign. This is a Windows laptop and you should know that Chuwi also showcased several other laptops at the event, including the LapBook Air, LapBook 12.3 inch, LapBook 14 incher and LapBook 15.6 incher. Dual boot slates like the Hi12 and Hi10 series and the Hi8 were shown there. Back to the SurBook Mini, this product follows the first successful SurBook, that raised over 1 million dollars in crowdfunding.

This time we get a 10.8 inch screen with an Full HD resolution, an Intel Apollo Lake processor, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. There’s also a set of USB 3.0 ports and Windows 10 and Ubuntu working together. Another upcoming device is the Hi9 tablet, with an 8.4 inch 2560 x 1600 pixel screen, a MediaTek 8173 quad core CPU and 4 GB of RAM, plus Android 7.0 as the OS.

There’s also a multi port desktop charger for the slate, called Hi-Dock, with an unique design. Of all the products I mentioned, the only one available now is still the LapBook Air, priced at $399.99 on Aliexpress.com after a price cut. It features a 14.1 inch Full HD screen, 33.7 Wh battery and a backlit keyboard, plus Windows 10 and 8 GB of RAM.
