I must admit I haven’t heard the name Bigme before, but it may just become a staple of the website, if it all goes well. Turns out that there’s an E Ink device out there, the Bigme B751, with a 7 inch black and white screen on board and stylus support.

The device has a 300 pixel per inch pixel density and uses an octa core 2.3 GHz processor, as well as 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It also supports a pen that lets you jot down notes and offers 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. Bigme’s product also comes with a microphone and speaker, providing voice to text input support.

It lets you speak to the B751 instead of writing on it. This 7 inch tablet also has AI features, that summarize content, or help you create text or graphic content. There’s also a front light with 36 levels of brightness and adjustable color temperature, physical page turn buttons and a microSD card slot. A 3000 mAh battery keeps the lights on and we also get support for dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. The software here is based on Android 11. Everything crammed within a body that’s smaller than the Amazon Kindle Oasis.

The product is available in China first, priced at $240.
