Recently, Google has been rolling out Android 4.4 update for all recent Nexus devices, and right after that, we got another update, Android 4.4.1. Now, it’s seems that out there’s update number 3, Android 4.4.2.

This update it’s avaible for Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 2012, Nexus 7 2013 and Nexus 10. You should go into Settings to check for this new update. Android 4.4.2 doesn’t really come with many changes, but it should be more of a bug fixing update, for a stable experience. Here is the changelog:

  • Fix for clearing the VM indicator
  • Fix for delivery 0f the VM indicator
  • Various additional software fixes
  • Security enhancements

Even this update isn’t very exciting, you should download it anyway. If you don’t see it immediately, wait a while and check again. You should remember that mashing the button, won’t bring the update faster.
