Recently, in Japan a new tablet device passed the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications test, more precisely the Aava Mobile INARI 8. While is specs are unknown for the moment, we get to know that this slate will be a rugged one.
On the connectivity side we’ll get WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 4G LTE, a microUSB v2.0 port and a 3.5 mm audio jack. As you can see from the picture above, we’re looking at a tablet that runs Windows 8.1 operating system. This means we’ll have some productivity apps like Office pre-installed.
It remains to see what other leaks we’ll get in the future, and how much it will cost. From what we can see, the tablet comes in a polycarbonate case that is pretty thick.
