Infinix is a pretty big player in the field of mobile phones, a spinoff from Transion, the world’s 4th largest phone maker and now they’re getting into tablets. Infinix Xpad is the name of the slate and it’s shown in these new renders.
Infinix XPad was confirmed last month, but today we have more details. The product should come in 3 colors: blue, gray and gold and it supposedly has an 11 inch 2400 x 1080 pixel LCD touchscreen with 90 Hz refresh rate. There’s also a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate processor inside. These specs will be paired with 4 GB of RAM and 256 GB of expandable storage.
The tablet comes with a dual back camera, with a 12 megapixel main shooter and an 8 megapixel secondary shooter. There’s also an 8 megapixel front facing camera. We also found on board a 7000 mAh battery and the XPad is claimed to run on Android 14, with the Infinix XOS skin on top. Expect the product to be Wi-Fi only, at least at first.
The specs are pretty low end, so a price below $200 is likely. A launch may happen this month.
