This Thursday, Best Buy stores will be selling the hot (and pricey) Motorola XOOM Honeycomb tablet. The device is up for pre-order right now and it goes for $799.99 with 1 month WiFi data activation required. The slate weighs 1.5 lbs and this is the very first Android 3.0 tablet on the market.

It’s got a 10.1 inch widescreen HD display and we’ve seen it in action in Barcelona last week, during Mobile World Congress 2011. Inside there’s a dual core processor, that provides great graphics and on the device we find front and rear cameras. Multitasking and HD capture are also supported. Various accessories for the slate (case, dock, wireless keyboard) have also popped up on Best Buy.

Right now, the product is listed as “in store only”, so we doubt pre-order will be available any time soon.
