Chinese outfit Haier has just debuted in the Benelux region two new tablets: HaierPad 825 and the HaierPad E102U. Benelux means Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg and these devices sound like a pretty good deal.
HaierPad 825 packs an 8 inch LCD display with an IPS panel and a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. Inside we’ve got a 64 bit quad core 1.3 GHz processor, with unknown manufacturer, but it’s probably Intel in the end. 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage are also here, plus a microSD card slot. This product brings a 0.3 megapixel front camera and a 2 MP main shooter, as well as a 4200 mAh battery, good enough for 18 hours of usage, apparently.
The product runs Android 5.1 and measures 9.2 mm at the thickest point. The tablet’s price is just 99 euros HaierPad E102U is a bit higher priced and specced, with a 149 euro price tag and offering a 10.1 inch IPS LCD display, with the same 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. We also get a 1.3 GHz quad core CPU, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage.
The same camera combo is here and the battery increases to a 5000 mAh unit. This model will be on shelves in early May.
