Once Apple launched a 12.9-inch tablet, it seems that other producers will make such devices too. Among them we have ZTE, a Chinese manufacturer that might prepare an Axon-like slate with a huge 13.7 inch scratch resistant display. The tablet in case was recently leaked along with specs in GFXBench.
We get to know that ZTE A2016 comes with a Full HD panel, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 1.9 GHz, 3 GB of RAM memory, a 8-megapixel rear cam and a 2-megapixel front-facing sensor. There’s 32 GB space of internal memory, a microSD card slot up to 128 GB and 4G LTE connectivity + single SIM card support.
Next we have WiFi, microUSB v2.0, Bluetooth 4.0 and other usual connectivity options. The tablet also brings A-GPS and NFC technology. We still have to see this tablet before making an idea about its design. One thing is for sure – that the slate in case won’t be cheap at all.
