Computex 2015 starts soon and with it we’ll get a few new tablets launched, maybe including some Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 models. Today we get to see their cases, through a fresh leak, that reveals some design traits.
What we see here is the silicone case of the 9.7 inch Galaxy Tab S2, but there will also be an 8 inch model announced. Both models will have 4:3 aspect ratios and we spot here cutouts for the camera, buttons, slots and speakers. The tablets will offer a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution and a Samsung Exynos octa core processor.
3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage complete the specs list, together with Android 5.0.2 with TouchWiz on top. The back camera will probably be an 8 or 5 MP unit and I’m sure we’ll also get a fingerprint scanner. Hopefully we won’t see the same initial overheating problems as the first Tab S.
