Priced at just $289, the Pioneer W10 is a Windows 8.1 tablet with a 64 bit Intel processor and pretty solid looks. This model is a 10.1 incher, with an aluminum unibody case, an approach you don’t see too often on big slates.
It measures 8.4 mm in thickness, so it’s slim considering its screen size, plus it weighs 580 grams. There’s a built in quad core Intel Z3735F processor, clocked at 1.8 GHz, as well as 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. We’ve got an IPS screen in the mix, with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a 8000 mAh battery, that should provide up to 8 hours of fun.
The device runs Windows 8.1, integrates dual cameras and odds are that this is not the Pioneer company we know, the one with great acoustic systems, just like Hyundai and Polaroid tablet makers aren’t the same as the bigger names. I wouldn’t be surprised if this model had a HDMI out and a Full USB port as well…
