The folks of Tablet Community have uncovered fresh information about a new budget tablet with a 9.7 inch display. It’s dubbed Hannspree HANNSpad SN97T4 and it looks as pictured in the images below. We’re dealing here with a dual core slate that will be available in June in Europe with a starting price of 159 euros.
This product will also come to the US and it packs a dual ARM Cortex A5 setup at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM and offers a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. The OS of choice is Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean and other specs include 8 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot with support for up to 32 GB, a mini USB port and mini HDMI port as well.
At the back of the Hannspree newcomer we’ve got a 2 megapixel camera, while at the front there’s a 0.3 megapixel shooter. The product measures 10.2 mm in thickness and it weighs 655 grams. Finally, on board we find a 7000 mAh battery, that will last about 6 hours. Here’s a demo of the device:
