As you know, the Xiaomi Mi Pad tablet is already a huge hit, after being launched on July 1st and quickly running out of stock. 50k units were sold in less than 4 minutes and a new wave of orders will start on July 8th. In the meantime Europeans may have just found a way to get their hands on the product.

I’m talking about resellers here obviously, like the Italian one Xiaomishop.it. As far as I know the Chinese stock of  the product has dried up, but the Italian reseller offers the product for preorder, with a shipping date of July 10th. The payment can be done via PayPal and the price is 299 euros. Specs include a 7.9 inch display with Retina like resolution, the Nvidia Tegra  K1 processor and 2 GB of RAM.

There’s a 6700 mAh battery inside and this device has dual Sony cameras with F2.0 aperture  and Android 4.4 as the OS with MIUI V5. Once the device is in stock the MiPad will be available to ship in Europe for 14 euros, with 2 years of warranty. There’s a 4% discount offered by the guys of Gizchina with the code GIZXIAOMI. The same source mentioned before claims they’ve actually used the Italian reseller, so they’re reliable enough.
