After we previously saw some renders with the HTC Volantis (Flounder), a possible Nexus 9 tablet that comes with high-end specs, now thanks to a indian website that tracks imports to the country we find out that a Nexus 8 tablet prototype arrived in India for testing purpose.

Unfortunately we can’t see who is the producer of this tablet, because the prototypes come from United States. As you can see, the manufacturer’s name doesn’t shows up in the Nexus 8 branding description.

Google Nexus 8 may have the powerful Nvidia Tegra K1 64-bit processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 or 32 GB of storage, a 8 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization and a 3 megapixel front-facing camera. It remains to see if Google plans to release both a Nexus 8 and a Nexus 9 tablet.
