The Barnes & Noble Nook tablet took off less than a week ago and already there’s a root method for it. This one allows you to install the Google Android Market on it, but the problem here is that the process is kind of hard to complete. This is NOT work for beginners, be advised! You will need to install the Android Software Developer Kit on the device, install the Java developer kit on it, also enable adb on the Nook tablet and a run a batch file, manually copy the Android Market, use a root file explorer and more.
