Seeing how China has a huge number of phone and tablet brands in activity, it’s no wonder I haven’t heard of Sunty. This one is a Chinese device maker, that has two interesting slates ready for prime time and they’re handled in the video below.
They’re running Windows 10 Mobile, which makes them unique, at least software-wise. The devices are the Sunty Q82, an 8 inch device and the Sunty Q72, a 7 inch tablet. Those two share the same specs, but only their diagonals are different. They come with 1 or 2 GB of RAM and 16 ore 32 GB of storage, depending on the preference of the user.
The same models offer a 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and rumors say that the 2 GB RAM versions are able to pull off the Continuum feature wirelessly. That sounds a bit far fetched, since the system is still in its infancy and this sounds like next gen stuff. No idea what the prices will be, but it’s certainly good to see more device makers embracing the new OS and Continuum. I expect something like $200 or maybe a bit more.
