According to the SamMobile tech website, the South-Korean producer Samsung is currently working on the development process of the Android 5.0 Lollipop software package for the Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Galaxy Tab S 10.5 tablets. This update for the slates in case is expected to arrive in early March or April.

However, the initial availability will be set for just a few regions and after we might get it in all countries where these tablets are being sold. As you may know, both the Tab S 8.4 and the Tab S 10.5 are bringing Super AMOLED panels (2.560 x 1.600 pixels), 3 GB of RAM and an octa-core Exynos 5420 processor.

Other specs include 16 or 32 GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot up to 128 GB, a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, stereo speakers and cases that measure just 6.6 mm in thickness. Also, both models are available in 4G LTE versions too.
