Samsung unveiled an interesting 2 in 1 tablet at CES 2016, the TabPro S model, but when it was announced we had no idea how much the device was going to cost. That mystery is shattered today and news isn’t exactly great.
Turns out that the newcomer is going to cost upwards from 999 euros in Europe at least. That makes the tablet a premium one and that amount may bring you more solid convertibles, maybe even ones with Core i processors, instead of Core M like this one. Even the Surface Pro models sound like good alternatives. TabPro S costs 999 EUR in the WiFi/ Windows 10 Home version in Germany and those who want the Windows 10 Pro/ LTE model may have to pay 1199 euros for it.
For that kind of cash you get a 12 inch 2160 x 1440 pixel Super AMOLED display, plus a 6th gen Intel Core M processor (a dual core 2.2 GHz unit) and up to 256 GB of SSD storage. 4 GB of RAM and 5 MP back and front cameras are included, plus a 5200 mAh battery, that I hope is a type-o, as it seems a very low capacity for such a big device.
