Samsung didn’t bring phones to MWC 2017, instead they unveiled two tablets, the Galaxy Tab S3 and Galaxy TabPro S2. Well, the former gets priced today, at least for the US market, where it will cost $599.

The info comes from Best Buy and it seems we’re dealing with quite a pricey machine here. For that amount of money you get the 32 GB storage version and bundled there’s the Samsung S Pen in silver or black. This is the WiFi only unit, so the LTE one will cost even more. Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 packs a 9.7 inch AMOLED display with a 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution and the powerful quad core Snapdragon 820 processor.

There’s 4 GB of RAM inside, a 6000 mAh battery and 4 speakers, that have been tuned by AKG. If you watched the unveiling event from MWC 2017, a bunch of pins were spotted on the side of the device, meant for connecting the Samsung official keyboard. That one also sells on Best buy, priced at $129. Keep in mind we don’t have a clear availability date other than “sometime next month”.

With prices so steep, do you think these products will become hits?
