Samsung’s next mid-range flagship tablet may have just surfaced in a fresh set of renders, giving us a clear look at what to expect ahead of its official debut. After the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra leaked yesterday, today it’s the smaller sibling’s turn. The Tab S11 is expected to arrive alongside the Tab S11 Ultra and Tab S10 Lite at IFA 2025 in September.

Spec-wise, the Tab S11 looks like a carefully balanced package. It’s said to feature an 11-inch AMOLED display at 2560 x 1600 with a 120Hz refresh rate — a spec sheet that firmly targets Apple’s iPad Air line. Power comes from MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. A 13MP rear shooter, 12MP selfie cam, quad speakers, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, and optional 5G round out the hardware. Battery life should also be solid thanks to an 8,400 mAh cell with 45W charging. Pricing in Europe reportedly starts at €899 (around $1,050), though U.S. models may sit closer to $899. Like Samsung’s latest flagships, the Tab S11 will run Android 16 with One UI 8 out of the box and is promised seven years of updates.

The renders suggest Samsung is tightening up its design language across its mobile ecosystem. The most noticeable change is the rear camera module. Instead of a silver surround like on last year’s Tab S10, the Tab S11 adopts a black ring — echoing the design cues of the Galaxy S25 series, as well as Samsung’s latest foldables. It creates stronger visual continuity but also makes the camera less “jewelry-like” and more utilitarian, aligning with the professional aesthetic of the Tab line.

The tablet’s proportions remain ultra-slim at just 5.5mm, but the detailing feels a touch more minimalist than its predecessor. Gone is the dedicated S Pen groove on the back — a deliberate design decision that prioritizes clean surfaces over visible functionality. Samsung may have shifted toward magnetic side-attachment or case integration for the stylus, which is less disruptive visually but arguably less convenient.

Bezels appear uniform and slightly thinner, framing the AMOLED display in a way that emphasizes symmetry. The overall impression is one of refinement: a product that doesn’t shout “Ultra” but instead leans into elegance and portability. At 482 grams, it looks designed for users who want premium build quality without the bulk of a 14-inch slab.
