The iPhone 6 has been leaking weekly for the past month or so and it interests us quite a bit, since we may end up with a phablet here, according to rumors. Anyway, today we get to see pics of an iPhone 6 chassis and manufacturing mold, as shown below.
The pictures have surfaced on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo and the photos are said to come straight out of a factory that belongs to Apple’s manufacturing partner Foxconn. This is supposed to be the first bunch of images that show details of the chassis for the new product, although I’ve seen a sketch or two in the past. The mold shown here is supposed to be used in the production process for the iPhone 6.
Japanese magazine MacFan has also published design drawings of a supposed 4.7 inch and 5.7 inch iPhone 6, then followed by a photo of cases for the larger iPhone. Aside from the larger screen, we’re expecting to see 1 GB of RAM, an improved camera and the Apple A8 processor on the new iPhones. What are your expectations?
