Poco might be gearing up to enter the premium mid-range tablet scene with what’s rumored to be the Poco Pad X1. A new listing on the Geekbench benchmark database, following its earlier appearance on Indonesia’s TKDN certification platform, hints that this upcoming device could soon go global.
The Geekbench entry, identified by the model number 25099RP08G, reveals a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and Android 15 out of the box. That combination puts it squarely in the upper-mid segment, targeting users who want flagship-level performance without flagship prices.
If that chip sounds familiar, it’s because Xiaomi’s Pad 7 already uses the same SoC — fueling speculation that Poco’s new tablet might just be a rebranded version of that device, as is often the case with Poco’s lineup. For context, the Xiaomi Pad 7 features an 11.2-inch 3.2K IPS LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It’s backed by an 8,850 mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging, a pair of 8MP cameras (front and rear), quad speakers, and a metal build with stylus and keyboard support.
In parallel, Poco is reportedly preparing the Poco F8 Pro and F8 Ultra, both of which have already passed through multiple certification databases. Given the timing, it wouldn’t be surprising if the Poco Pad X1 made its debut alongside these new F-series flagships — potentially marking Poco’s most ambitious multi-device launch in years.
