Beidou is a Chinese company that may not ring any bells now, but it may do so later, once it becomes popular for launching one of the first Tegra 4 devices. Pictured below is the Beidou Little Pepper 3, a 5.7 inch phablet with Tegra 4 CPU and LTE.
There was also news that ZTE will actually be the first big brand with a Tegra 4 smartphone on the market and while they may be the first, they won’t be the only ones. From what we’ve heard, Beidou posted on the web the picture above, comparing their product with the Xiaomi Mi3. Beidou launched a dual core Little Pepper handset last year and since then they launched the 5 inch screen Big Cola and a Tegra 3 model called Little Pepper.
The 5.7 inch display here will support a Full HD resolution and we also expect features like 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB of storage, a 13 megapixel camera and maybe LTE. With Xiaomi Mi3 also powered by a Tegra 4, the battle of Tegras will be intense in China and the whole Asia actually.
