Today, in the GFXBench website database a new NVIDIA tablet specs showed up, even just a few moments later they’ve been removed. This new tablet from Nvidia could be either a device for masses or a internal prototype used for testing purposes. This list of specs may also give us some clues about what the next NVIDIA tablet will ¬†look like regarding the specs.


The NVIDIA Mocha packs a 7.9-inch display with a 2048 x 1536 pixels, a Tegra K1 ARM Cortex-A15 processor clocked at 2.1 GHz, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of RAM, 8 megapixel camera on the back and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity side we have WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.

Currently, NVIDIA offers just a few Tegra 4 powered devices like the NVIDIA Tegra Shield game console or the Tegra Note tablet. Both this devices have a decent price on the market around of $200. They also pack a HD 720p display and a 192-core GPU chip.
