One of the most fascinating devices shown at MWC 2023 was definitely the Nubia Pad 3D tablet, with its stereoscopic glasses-free screen. The ZTE made product has now had its preorder and pricing details unveiled. The product is available with an initial discount, for a limited time.

The Nubia Pad 3D comes with a 12.4 inch IPS LCD display, with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The tablet uses a proprietary DLB layer and the Leia 3D Lightfield technology, in order to provide immersive 3D viewing. In order to track the user’s head, the Nubia Pad 3D relies on two 8 megapixel front cameras. The software on board is able to convert 2D content into 3D content in real time.

ZTE claims that the slate is more than a playback device for 3D content, it’s also a 3D creation device. It uses two 16 megapixel back cameras, which are able to capture 3D photos and videos. The slate has preinstalled the Leia App Store, which includes 3D games and over 1200 3D educational apps. Inside it we find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and the tablet comes in two configs: 128 GB and 256 GB.

There’s also a microSD card slot, a dedicated on, a 9700 mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging and Android 13 is the OS of choice here. The product is available in open sale from April 11th 2023. The prices start at $1199, but the people who do preorders will get a $100 discount. The device is available in several countries and regions all over the world, including Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa.
