Huawei unveiled a bunch of products today, including a tablet, the Huawei MatePad 11 (2023). This is an 11 inch tablet with a Snapdragon 870 processor inside, with HarmonyOS as the software of choice and also a matte glass option.

This 11 inch slate offers a resolution of 2pri560 x 1600 pixels and a 120 Hz refresh rate. There’s a 16:10 aspect ration in the mix and 275 PPI density. The display can be covered with regular glass or matte glass. The second version offers a paper-like experience, at the expense of poorer contrast. It has no reflections and provides improved stylus experience.

Inside we find a Snapdragon 870 processor, which has yet to receive a successor, so it’s still pretty powerful. The battery is a 7250 mAh unit with support for 22.5W wired charging. The slate offers quad speakers, with Huawei Histen 8.0 sound effects. As far as connectivity goes, there’s dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1 and USB-C. This device packs a 13 megapixel main camera and an 8 MP front facing camera, placed on the side bezel.

Everything is crammed within a 7.2 mm thick body, that weighs 480 grams. The product is priced at $335 in the 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage version with regular glass. The matte glass versions are dozens of dollars pricier.
