HMD Global is expected to debut a new tablet on October 6th and it’s been a hot minute since the last Nokia tablet. Nokia N1 came in 2015 and it was a rather solid slate, but now the tablet market has changed and HMD is focused more on a budget model. That one has just leaked again below, with more details a new image.

Vietnamese news site Zingnews.vn published images of the newcomer, but they were taken down shortly after. A reader stumbled upon the images and shared them with a Finnish publication. The device looks rather generic and it comes with a button and speaker grille on the top edge. We also get a front camera on the left bezel when used in portrait mode. The bottom corner integrates a 3.5 mm audio jack, while the back holds a single camera with a LED flash.

Previous leaks for the Nokia T20 tablet showed that it comes with a 10.36 inch screen and that it runs on Android 11. The device will be powered by an Unisoc CPU, either the T610, T618 or T700. We expected it to ship with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, but we have no idea what the battery capacity will be. What we do know is that it has 10W charging, according to a CQC certification,.

The device is expected to arrive in two configs: one WiFi and one 4G. The starting price will be around $200 and the device will debut in India first.
