Good old @evleaks has leaked another interesting piece of Nokia technology, the Lumia 1520 phablet. This is a 6 inch device, that this week had a screenshot leaked on the web and today has a seemingly official press render published on the Internet.
We knew this product was coming ever since it was called Bandit and we’ve also seen a leaked 6 inch panel hitting the web in an image a while ago. Nokia Lumia 1510 is shown in yellow here and seems to adopt the same back design and camera design as the Lumia 1020. Its hump at the back makes me think of the Lumia 925 and the front side is supposed to include a 6 inch Full HD screen.
Inside we’ll find a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, running Windows Phone 8 in the GDR 3 version. We’ve got an extra column of live tiles on the start screen and GDR3 will also bring stuff like minor UI changes, a rotation lock, Driving Mode option and a few other goodies. Sources are saying that the Lumia 1520 is being tested on AT&T and will debut on this carrier before the year is out.
