Motorola was one of the first companies to jump on the Android tablet bandwagon, but they were definitely not there to stay. After a few Xoom models they pretty much threw the towel. Now they’re said to be getting back into tablets and one of them will be launched in India soon.
Sources say that Moto will launch a tablet in India during the Big Billion Days sale, which will start soon on Flipkart. The device will be an affordable tablet and considering Moto is owned by Lenovo, it’s likely a rebranded device. It’s also focused on education features, since India has registered a surge in online education. The product should be priced at around $270, or even lower than that, competing with the Realme Pad.
This may well be the recently leaked Moto Tab G20 from the Google Play Console, which is in turn a rebranded Lenvo Tab M8 3rd gen. If it’s that model, it should have a 1200 x 800 pixel display, a MediaTek Helio P22T processor and 3 GB of RAM. It should also bring Android 11 as the OS. Judging by the leaked renders, it has thick bezels. You can also expect a 10.3 inch screen, up to 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage and a 5000 mAh battery.
The product will be available in the coming days.
