Lenovo couldn’t miss MWC 2018, so they’re here, debuting two new convertibles with Windows 10. I’m talking about the Lenovo Yoga 730 and Lenovo Flex 14, both detailed after the break. There are several different diagonal versions.

For example, the Lenovo Yoga comes in 13 inch and 15 inch flavours, while the Flex 14 is available as a 14 inch model. We start off with Lenovo Yoga 730, that packs a 13.3 inch 4K or Full HD display and arrives in April priced at $879.99. It’ll be available in Copper, Iron Gray and Platinum Silver. Inside we find the latest generation (8th gen) Intel Core i7 processor and there’s also Amazon Alexa on board, even though we have Windows 10 and Cortana.

On the graphics side, there’s Intel HD 620/UHD 620, up to 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 512 GB of PCIe SSD storage. The battery life is supposed to be 11 hours on the Full HD model and 11.5 hours on the UHD one. It all weighs 2.46 lbs and comes with JBL speakers and Dolby Atmos headphones. There are two USB Type-C Thunderbolt ports here and an USB 3.0 with always on charging. A fingerprint scanner rounds up the list.

Next up is the Lenovo Yoga 730, with a 15.6 inch screen that goes up to 4K, but there’s also a Full HD version. This unit is priced at $899.99 and also comes in April 2018. It has an NVIDIA GTX1050 graphics card, which is actually not bad at all, at this price. Up to 8 GB of RAM are here, plus 8 GB of DIMM. Storage goes to 1 TB of SSD and there’s 11 hours of battery life on the FHD model and 9 hours on the 4K one.

It weighs 4.16 lbs and packs JBL speakers and Dolby Atmos headphones. Ports are of the USB 3.0 variety and USB-C, too. Amazon Alexa, Windows 10 and fingerprint sreader are included.

Lenovo Flex 14 comes in April at $599.99, being a more affordable proposition. It’s a Windows 10 convertible with up to a Core i7 CPU, 14 inch Full HD screen and NVIDIA GeForce MX130 (up to). It has up to 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD, Harman speakers and up to 10 hours of battery life. Connectivity is available as follows: USB Type-C, 2 USB 3.0 Type A and HDMI.
