Motorola is getting serious about tablets again. The company has just launched the Moto Pad 60 Pro in India, and it’s making a bold statement with high-end entertainment features, a huge battery, and a smooth high-refresh-rate display — all packed into a sleek, minimalist design.

The Moto Pad 60 Pro is built for binge-watchers and multitaskers alike. It features a 12.7-inch LTPS LCD display with a buttery-smooth 144Hz refresh rate and sharp 3K resolution, hitting up to 400 nits of brightness. Whether you’re watching Netflix or jumping between apps, it promises a premium viewing experience.

Sound is a major focus here too — Motorola has partnered with JBL to deliver a quad-speaker setup backed by Dolby Atmos, aiming to bring cinematic audio to a portable form factor.

Powering all of this is MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300 chip, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD, so you won’t run out of space any time soon.

Inside, there’s a 10,200mAh battery, which should last you comfortably through long work sessions or extended video playback. When it’s time to top up, the tablet supports 45W wired fast charging.

Out of the box, the Pad 60 Pro runs Android 14, and Motorola promises a clean UI with minimal bloat. Security-wise, there’s a fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button, and on the imaging front, you’re looking at a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP selfie cam.

Price, availability, and first impressions

The Moto Pad 60 Pro ships in a single Pantone Bronze Green color and comes in two variants:
– 8GB RAM + 128GB storage: ₹26,999
– 12GB RAM + 256GB storage: ₹28,999

Motorola is also offering a ₹2,000 bank discount during the initial sale period, which kicks off on April 23, 2025, exclusively via Flipkart.

The Moto Pad 60 Pro doesn’t try to reinvent the wheel, but it nails the essentials: a gorgeous display, serious speakers, a huge battery, and solid performance — all at a price that undercuts many premium tablets. It might just be one of the most well-rounded Android tablets in its price range right now.
