Meet the Galaxy GALAZ A1, the closest you’re going to get to a Microsoft Surface tablet with Android on board. This product comes from Asia and it packs a Tegra 4 processor and a bunch of pretty solid features, to be honest.

Galaxy GALAZ A1 comes with 2 GB of RAM, Bluetooth, GPS and its Tegra 4 CPU is clocked at 1.8 GHz. There’s a 10.1 inch screen upfront with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, 16 GB of storage and a 5 megapixel back camera. The cam does Full HD video recording and this model even comes with NFC. The box of the device is actually quite elegant and the design of the product totally reminds me of the Surface tablet.

The side bezels of the screen are too big for this to be really visually appealing and the tablet is quite thick. There are dual speakers placed on both sides and apparently this model measures just 7.9 mm, although I would have guessed it’s thicker. It has a 7800 mAh battery and the price is pretty good at $240. By the way you also get Android 4.4 KitKat on this device. There’s a review of the product here, if you’re interested.
