Microsoft has just reduced the price of its Surface Book by 10%, in the most basic version. Thus, the device now goes for $1349 and this is a $150 discount from the original amount you paid for the product. This is the entry level unit, we have to highlight that again.
In other Surface-related news, the new Surface Laptop and Surface Pro tablet have been made available worldwide, including in the States. Older Windows 10 devices still remain on sale in USA, including the OG Surface Book. Now back to our interesting discount, this model is the Surface Book with a 6th gen Skylake Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of SSD storage.
The deal is available till July 15th and in the meantime Microsoft also offers discounts on some of the Surface Book models and the whole Surface Pro 4 range. The Surface Book on offer here also comes with a Surface Pen bundled and a 13.5 inch PixelSense display with a touchscreen. It runs on Windows 10 Pro and has the unique hinge design that made it famous, although some haters claimed it was copied from some of Lenovo’s laptops.
This product comes with a 30 day trial for Office, it has a magnesium casing and weighs 1516 grams. There’s a 5 MP front camera, 8 MP back shooter and full size SD card reader.
