As it usually happens, once a new device is out, there’s also an accessory to match it. In this case the iPad Air 4 debuted this week and now we have a Logitech Folio Touch Keyboard for it. The Apple A14-totting slate gets one step closer to becoming a laptop replacement using this accessory.

The new Folio Touch keyboard accessory is very much the same Folio Touch that Logitech launched with the iPad Pro a while ago. It supports four use modes: typing, viewing, sketching and reading, for a more versatile iPad Air experience. You can dock the keyboard upright and pull out the kickstand, up to 40 degrees in order to tpe notes or emails. When you don’t need to type, you can fold back the keyboard and enjoy some movie watching, gaming, or sketching.

The product comes with a QWERTY keyboard and a trackpad. One may even see it as a rival for the Apple Magic Keyboard, but that one has extra angles of propping up the device. The built in trackpad was created with iPadOS 14 in mind, since it has an advanced pointer support. It would definitely help you with Pages, Numbers and Keynote, as the trackpad lets you highlight spreadsheet cells more easily.

The price is $160 and Logitech will be selling the accessory on its own website.
