Lenovo announced a new pair of convertible laptops today, the Yoga 700 models, that are pictured below. They come in 11 or 14 inch version with the sixth generation Intel Core i7 processor inside.
Windows 10 is the OS of choice here and the Yoga line as usual provides the comfort of a convertible laptop and affordable price. NVIDIA graphics are also an option here, with an optional NVIDIA GeForce 9340M graphics card in the mix and up to 8 GB of DDR3L memory on offer. The 14 inch Yoga 700 is all about productivity and it comes with up to 256 GB SSD storage.
The 11 inch model is supposed to be an ultraportable machine, weighing 1.1 kg and measuring 15.8 mm in thickness. Up to 7 hours of battery life are promised for this unit and the Yoga 700 lets globetrotters work throughout a standard working day. The famous usage mode from the Yoga series are here: stand mode for movie watching, tent mode for business presentations and tablet mode for map navigation.
Both units come with Full HD resolutions and Dolby stereo acoustics. The 14 inch Yoga 700 starts off at $799, while the 11 incher is at $649, according to the company’s site.
