Lenovo has debuted a new budget tablet in India, the Tab 2 A7-10 model, that’s priced at $80 on Snapdeal. This model was announced at CES 2015 last week and its price tag is quite appealing and so are the features.

This product opts for a 7 inch 1024 x 600 pixel IPS display, as well as quad core MediaTek processor, clocked at 1.3 GHz and 1 GB of RAM. The slate packs 8 GB of storage, a microSD card slot and a VGA front camera, as well as a front speaker with Dolby acoustics. Inside we find a 3450 mAh battery and the device offers WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity and Android 4.4 as the OS.

Lenovo also promised that this device will receive Lollipop via OTA update. Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10 weighs 269 grams, it’s made of polycarbonate and it doesn’t have a rear camera, only opting for a front fixed focus one, with 0.3 MP resolution. You know what’s lacking here? Phone calls…
