This entertainment based tablet comes with Dolby Digital Plus tech and stereo speakers and it’s up for purchase in 4 color versions. The A8-50 integrates an 8 inch IPS display, a 1.3 GHz quad core MediaTek 8382/8121 processor, as well as 1 GB of RAM. It comes with 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot that offers up to an extra 32 GB and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean as the OS, with the promise of a KitKat update.
There’s a microSIM card slot on board for voice calls and on the connectivity side we get WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth, microUSB and GPS. The device integrates a 5 megapixel fixed focus back camera and a front 2 MP shooter for video calls. Lenovo A8-50 also brings a 4200 mAh battery, that should provide 11 hours of usage, according to its maker.
